Ceramic Coatings Developed For The Marine Industry
Marine Nano Shop has sold ceramic coating for boats to anyone since 2016. You do not need to call a network of applicators first. Pick a kit, coat the hull, and wash it with the same system.

Three kits
- Coat a new hull. New Boat Kit — clay, polish, and ceramic coating sized to the boat. Gelcoat still has gloss.
- Restore an oxidized one. Restoration Kit — cut the chalk, polish, then coat. Do not coat over fade.
- Maintain what you already coated. Wash Care Kit — soap, SiO2 spray, and towels so the coating stays slick.

Why a marine coating
Marine Nano Shop coatings are built for gelcoat, marine paint, plastics, vinyl, and metal — UV, salt, and fish-box duty, not a car-show wipe. A solvent-based film seals the pores of the gelcoat so oxidation is slower and washdown is less of a chore. Contaminants sit on top instead of bonding. It will not peel or crack like an acrylic. Durability is about 12–24 months depending on storage, use, and whether you maintain it. Water spots still happen if you let tap water bake on in the sun.
How to choose
- New or recently compounded hull → Coat (New Boat Kit), then Maintain.
- Chalky, faded gelcoat → Restore (DIY Restoration Kit) or a Pro restoration kit if you already run a rotary every week.
- Already coated and it still beads → Maintain (Wash Care Kit), not another bottle of coating.
You will also need a polisher, shade, and a 24-hour dry weather window. We keep a tight set of machines, pads, and wash tools here. Wider shelf? See the warehouse door.

If you want it done for you
Professional application is available. It is optional. The shop sells to owners, yards, and detailers the same way — buy the kit. Questions: 844-522-6266 or contact us.
