The DeWalt DWP849X is the rotary Marine Nano Shop specs for wool-pad gelcoat work. 7"/9" variable speed, soft start, 12 amp. Use it with Buff and Shine wool and Revive when the hull is oxidized.
Rotary is the wool path. Dual-action is the foam path. If your kit picker says wool, this is the machine. If it says foam, use the Maxshine or Rupes DA instead.
Variable speed 0–600 / 0–3,500 RPM. About 6.5 lb. Pair with 7.5" or 8" wool from Pads.
